Talis Industries is the first company that was created to the Marquez Industries portfolio. As we recognized the need for additional services Talis Industries came to existence. With the need for a shop manufacturing presence, Talis Industries was started.

With over 50 years of manufacturing experience, Talis Industries brings fabrication of ASME code, non-code, and all processing equipment to all that Marquez Industries can provide for a turn-key solution. With our in-house plate rolling capabilities to complete the design of custom solutions, we can complete all tasks.

Talis Industries can provide all of your Valve needs. We provide testing & repairing Pressure Relief Valves, as well as API-6D Valves & Actuation Maintenance and repairs. Additionally, we service Thief Hatch Repairs and greasing all lubricated valves. Talis holds 25+ years of experience in the Oilfield Industry.

Code Vessel Fabrication

Talis Industries holds an ASME “U” and “R” stamp. We build all ASME Code process equipment to include, Separators, Heater Treaters, Free-water Knockouts, Heated Separators, Indirect Line Heaters, Wellhead Test Separators, Filter Separators, Slug Catchers, Gas Scrubbers and Glycol Dehydration Units.

Tumbleweed Services has allowed Talis Industries to have expert electrical and instrumentation services under one roof. Talis Industries can offer all services to include BMS installations, allocation skid meter testing, calibration and proofing, transmitter and control valve installations and loop testing.

Non- Code Vessel Fabrication

Talis Industries offers the same service for Non-Code vessel fabrication as for Code vessel fabrication. Talis Industries treats all fabrication the same and the proven quality will show in all that we fabricate.

Skid Packages

Talis Industries can package all vessels to include glycol dehydration units and manifold skid piping. From custom allocation skids to heater treaters with Burner Management Systems, Talis Industries can provide a custom skidded solution to help bring your hydrocarbons to the market faster.

Plate Rolling Services

Talis Industries has invested in a new 4 roll plate roller. In order to facilitate our own manufacturing processes and also meet the needs of any other customer needing rolled shells. Our new Akyapak plate roller gives us the ability to roll plate of 1” thickness up to 120” OD.
